Eunice's New Slippers

Hi, Seeties!  I hope that everyone is having a great, simple week!  You may have noticed that it has gotten a little bit colder in the last few days, and in honor of that, my mom thought it would be a great idea to get me a new pair of slippers that she saw while she was shopping!  They are pink!  But, they don't have a back on them.  This means that you have to be extra-specially careful when you walk in them, since if you aren't, you could trip and fall on your face, and that would be bad.  So, she told me that I had to watch out when I was walking in them, and to help me remember to watch out, she put eyeballs on my slippers!  One eyeball for each foot!  Can you imagine?!  Well, you don't even have to imagine, because I put a picture here of what they look like!  And then, when I walk, the eyes move around, and when they move around they make a noise.  That means that with every step I take, I am reminded that I am watching out!  This is simply a great idea.  My mom hates getting her picture taken, otherwise I would put a picture of her on this post to show you the person with the idea.
The only thing maybe missing would be glasses for the slippers.  If the slippers had glasses, then they would match my face, except then I don't think I could walk very easily and then I'd REALLY have to watch where I was going!

My tip for you for the week is:  Watch out where you walk, and have a great week!

Sweet Little Eunice Gets a New Used Car!

Hi, Seeties!  Did you miss me?  I know, I have been gone for a long time.  It's basically been 2 weeks and a day since you have heard from me.  I was on vacation.  Not really.  My old editor/video uploader quit on me and left me to fend for myself.  I don't know who does this to a 6 year-old, but it's just the type of thing that you should watch for when you are looking to find someone to help you out.  You should always ask yourself, "This person is okay with me, but would he/she be okay to help me if I were JUST 6 YEARS OLD?"  If the answer is no, you really shouldn't work with them.  So, I guess until I figure out how to upload and edit video by myself, you will have to be content with these friendly written posts.  The great news is that I CAN post photos by myself, so I will give you some photos to look at while you read them.  I hate reading books without pictures, so I bet it's basically the same for adults who are reading blogs.  You should have photos.

So this week (and last, too) I have been so upset about my quitting person that my parents bought me a new used car!  It is a Pontiac Firebird SE from 1982.  That means it has been used.  Hope you know what a Firebird is, by the way.  It is a bird that can survive through a fire.  Or it bursts into fire when it's mad.  The bird does.  I can't remember exactly, but it has to do with a fire and a bird.  And this one's from 1982, so it's almost a classic, my dad says.  If you're younger than 20 years old, you are not a classic, you're just a regular.  That's cars, I guess.

So please enjoy my photographs of my new used car.  It is gorgeous, I am pretty sure.  It runs really good on the cement sidewalk as well as the wood table and the floors.  I can't take it into the street because then I would have to go into the street to get it, and I'm not allowed.  I could get killed.  Don't worry, there aren't any pictures of my nostrils on this post, so just relax it out, please.

Hopefully by next week I will have found someone to help me with the video, but every time I say that my mom says not to hold my breath, which I would only do anyways if I were underwater.  Duh.

Have a great simple week!  Here's a tip for you other than the one about finding someone to help you who can work with a 6 year-old: if you know a person who knows how to upload videos, please send me, Eunice, his information.

P.S.  The doors on my Firebird don't open, so don't expect a ride in it, anyone.

P.S.A.G.A.I.N. The photos have a matchbox next to them to show you the size.

Eunice Experiments with Just Writing It!

Hi, Seeties! Today I decided to see what it would be like to just WRITE a post rather than video it out! Plus, I got in trouble for the M&M "stunt" as my mom calls it, so I was not allowed to do a video post this week at all. Sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused you or your loved ones. I know it's got me in a dither, if you will. My mom says that if I smart-off too much on the written post, then I won't get to do that, either, so I have to watch what I say, even though I'm technically not saying anything here, I'm just writing it, but I think it's along the same lines as what she meant.
I've noticed that a lot of the plainer, non-video blogs I sometimes look at often have photographs attached to them, so I thought I'd include some fun photos of me from this week. Of course, a lot of the photos that I see are taken professionally, and you should be able to easily tell here that there's nothing professional about my photographs.
Here's a question of the week, since we all know what my tip of the week would be, for the second week in a row, if I were to offer one up. So my question of the week is: "Why hasn't anyone created a Kleenex that just attaches to your nose for a period of time, much like a Band-Aid does, so that on days when your nose is really runny, you don't have to keep wiping at it, getting all sorts of dried skin popping out of there, making people think you don't tend to your buggers?" I'm surprised Kleenex hasn't thought of that yet. Maybe I should get them involved with my idea.
So, what do people think of this new format? Do you think it would be okay to mix a little of this written business with the videos? Also, please don't hesitate to comment on my photographs!

The first one is of my restored nostrils, and the second one is an idea of what those Kleenexes would look like that I was talking about! Have great weeks, Seeties!
